摘 要:采用一种新型的溶胶法制备了PdNi18合金纳米粒子,负载到特殊预处理过的多壁纳米碳管上得到PdNi18/MWCNTs复合储氢材料。XRD和TEM测试表明,PdNi18合金纳米粒于较均匀地分布在载体表面且粒径约3nm。储氢结果显示,该复合材料在室温、1.5MPa条件下可储氢质量分数2.38%,比相关报道要高很多。A type of novel material with high hydrogen storage capacity was prepared by supporting PdNi18 alloy nanoparticles, which was synthesized by using a new colloid method, on the prctreated multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). The average PdNi18 alloy particles sizes calculated from XRD patterns was ca 3 nm, and the high dispersion of these particles on MWCNTs was confirmed by the HRTEM images. Hydrogen adsorption performance of this composition was investigated under moderate pressure(0, 1- 1.5 MPa) at room temperature, and a maximum adsorption of ca 2.38 % was achieved with this material under 1.5 MPa at room temperature, which was much higher than that reported previously at the same conditions.
