摘 要:以柠檬酸钠为络合剂,利用有机溶胶法制备了PdFe/C氧还原反应(ORR)催化剂,XRD研究结果表明催化剂具有面心立方结构,粒度小,分散性好,同时元素铁的加入使催化刑的Pd-Pd间距缩小。应用旋转圆盘电极(RDE)法评价了PdFe/C催化剂的ORR活性,测试结果表明,PdFe/C催化剂的性能优越,具有比纯钯更强的ORR催化能力。研究表明,在该催化剂表面ORR主要按照“直接四电子”反应机理进行。PdFe/C catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) were prepared by an organic colloid method with sodium citrate as complexing agent. The XRD patterns indicated that the as-prepared catalysts had fcc structure, with small particle size and high dispersity. The Fe addition shortened the length of Pd-Pd bond. The rotating disk electrode (RDE) tests showed that the activity of the PdFe/C catalysts for ORR was higher than that of pure Pd/C catalysts and the ORR followed a 4-electron transfer process leading to the formation of water.
