摘  要:质子交换膜(PEM)燃料电池操作参数的优化是提高其性能和稳定性的重要手段。介绍了燃料电池测试系统的主要功能和使用方法,并远用此系统试对PEM燃料电池动态特性进行了测试。分析了操作参数对PEM燃料电池性能的影响。研究结果发现:仅加湿空气或氢气,电池电流密度低,为了获得盘好的电池性能,空气和氢气必须同时加湿;电池的加热温度过高或过低。PEM燃料电池的电流密度都很低;加湿温度过低时的电池电流密度比加温温度过高时的电池电流密度更低;电池温度343K和加湿温度333K时,燃料电池的电流密度最大;加失反应气体空气的流量,燃料电池的电流密度一直增大;而增大氢气流量时,电池的电流密度先增大。而后趋于平稳。实验结果对于促进PEM燃料电池的商业化具有重要意义。The optimization of operating parameters for proton exchange membrane (PEM) is one of the important methods to increase its performance and instability. In this paper, the main functions and operating method of fuel cell measurement system are introduced, and it is applied to measure the dynamic characteristics of PEM fuel cell. The effects of operating parameters on the dynamic characteristics of PEM fuel cell are analyzed. Research results show that current density in PEM fuel cell is low for only anode or cathode humidification; to keep good performance of PEM fuel cell, air and hydrogen must be simultaneously humidified; when humidification temperatures are too low or too high, the current density is low; the current density for too low humidification temperature is lower than that for too high humidification temperature; the current density reaches the maximal value for fuel cell temperature at 343 K and humidification temperature at 333 K; the current density increases monotonously with the increase of the air flow rate; with the increase of the hydrogen flow rate, the current density increases firstly, then keep constant. Experimental results are very helpful to promote the commercialization of PEM fuel cells.
