摘  要:在便携式电子设备对微型直接甲醇燃料电池的需求不断高涨,提出了影响微型直接甲醇燃料电池性能的关键技术。大量的便携式电子设备如手机、笔记本电脑、个人数字设备等运用广泛,为了满足其电力需求,而传统的充电电池已受到限制,燃料电池在不久的将来将取代现有的电池,但是燃料电池也面临许多问题如较低的能密度、甲醇渗透、电极易中毒等不足。未来将有新的充电电池技术产生,直接甲醇燃料电池是唯一的解决途径。There is currently increased interest in small-size direct methanol fuelcells for portable applications. This paper presents key technology of the influence of operational parameters on the performance of a mini-direct methanol fuel cell. The numbers of portable electronic devices in use increase daily, for mobile phones, notebooks, personal digital asisstants, digital cameras, and on and on. As performance of such devices increases, so does powerdemand. Reehargeable batteries are approaching their limits of specific energy, fuel cells provide higher specific energy and will replace batteries in such appliances not too long from now, but they are up against some serious problems: direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) suffer low power density, methanol crossover, electrode poisoning and other obstacles to portable use. In the next years, a new rechargeable battery technology can be foreseen today. The only solution would be direct methanl fuel cell (DMFC) technology.
