摘  要:着重探讨了千兆SFP(小型封装可热插拔)光纤收发器中控制电路参数设计,提出了基于MAX3748千兆SFP光纤收发器中控制电路参数设计方案,在利用CADENCE软件仿真基础上,对接收部分MAX3748芯片的SPICE模型的I/O口进行了仿真分析。In this paper , we discuoss the latest development of SFP transceiver technologies and their applications which have received wide attention in industry. This paper has also made a study on the design of control circuit of SFP and suggested some practicable methods. IBIS model and SPICE Model are introduced at the end of the paper , which are used to simulate performance of systems . This paper illustrates the feasible architecture and tries to build a new generation Gigabit Small Fornt-Factor Pluggable optic transceiver.
