摘　　要：文章指出面对国际知识产权日益严峻的竞争挑战,我国迫切需要制定实施国家知识产权战略,建立完善自主创新体制,培育创新文化,营造自主创新环境,切实保护知识产权,提高自主创新能力,从而提升国家知识产权的国际竞争力。It is pointed out that international intellectual property rights are facing more and more severe competition and challenge, it is urgent for China to implement the strategy of intellectual property rights, perfect the system of independent creativity, cultivate the culture and environment of creativity so as to protect intellectual property rights and promote independent creativity for a stronger international competitiveness of the intellectual property rights of China.
