摘 要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维成像技术及其在膀胱癌诊断中的价值。方法:对临床怀疑膀胱癌或已经膀胱镜确诊的膀胱癌27例,行多层螺旋CT容积扫描,经AW4.2工作站后处理获得三维立体图像,结合轴位原始图像,对膀胱癌进行评价。结果:本组27例,其中病灶大于2cm17例,小于2cm10例(含小于1cm3例)。多层螺旋CT扫描诊断结果与膀胱镜及手术病理结果一致。结论:多层螺旋CT膀胱三维后处理图像可提供更多的诊断信息,大大提高诊断质量和病变检出率,将成为诊断泌尿系疾病的一种新型无创伤影像学手段。Objective: To discuss the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) scanning in bladder carcers. Methods: 27 cases of bladder carcinoma, which were proved by clinic or cystoscopy, were performed with spiral CT volumetric scanning. From which 3D images were reconstructed by AW 4.2 workstation. All bladder cancers were evaluated with transection images. Results: Of 27 cases, there were 17 cases upwards of 2 cm and 10 cases less than 2 cm (including 3 cases less than 1 cm). Diagnosis of MSCT was consistent with endoscopy and surgery pathology. Conclusion: 3D MSCT images of bladder carcinoma can provide more diagnostic information, can obviously improve the diagnostic quality and detectiable rate. It will be a kind of non-injury imaging method in diagnosing the diseases of urinary system.
