摘　　要：目的:探讨肱骨近端钢板治疗复杂性肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效和手术技巧。方法:应用肱骨近端钢板治疗复杂性肱骨近端骨折26例,按照Neer分类,三部分骨折18例,四部分骨折8例。结果:骨折临床愈合6～8周,术后10～2周,以Neer评分法评估其功能,19例为优,5例为良,2例为可。结论:肱骨近端钢板对复杂性肱骨近端骨折固定稳定,在正确掌握手术技巧的前提下,术后功能恢复满意,并发症少,是治疗肱骨近端骨折的较好方法。Objective：To study the surgical techniques and the clinical results of proximal humeral plate in treating complex proximal humeral fractures.Methods：26 case of complex proximal humeral fractures received operative treatment with proximal humeral plate.According to Neers＇classification,there were 18 patients with three-part fractures of the bone,8 patients with four-part fractures of the bone.Results：All the fractures got clinical union in 6～8 weeks,Mtcr 10～12 weeks follow-up,the function recovery was evaluated according to Neer scoring system,and the results were excellent in 19 cases,good in 5 cases,fair in 2 cases.Conclusion：Proximal humeral plate in treating complex proximal humeral fractures is an effective method if the proper operation skills are executed,which offers firm internal fixation and satisfactory function of rehabilitation,and has a lower complication rate.
