摘  要:在4种不同质地的土壤和2种施肥水平下,研究了夏玉米生育后期叶绿素荧光特性。结果表明:粘壤土和壤土、砂质壤土、壤质粘土上玉米的叶面积动态和产量存在显著差异。玉米生育后期各处理的叶绿素荧光参数的日变化存在明显差异,不同质地土壤玉米Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ、qP表现为粘壤土>壤土>壤质粘土>砂质壤土,NPQ表现为砂质壤土>壤质粘土>壤土>粘壤土,蜡熟期各处理间的差异明显大于乳熟期。施肥使各种质地土壤玉米Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ和qP明显提高,NPQ降低,尤其在砂质壤土上表现更为明显。Chlorophyll fluorescence chanacter and yield of maize were researched in four different kinds of soil texture arid two fertilizer levels. The result indicated leaf area index and yield of maize varied greatly with different soil textures and fertilization levels. The diurnal changes of Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters( Fv/Fm, ФPSⅡ, qP and NPQ) were different in each treatment in the late growth stage. The order of the parameters( Fv/Fm, ФPS Ⅱ and qP) were clay loam 〉 loam 〉 loamy clay 〉 sandy loam, but non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) presented an opposite trend in the different soil texture. In different treatments the distinction was higher in the doughy stage than in the milky stage. With fertilization the value of Fv/Fm, ФPSⅡ and qP was increased and value of NPQ was decreased. These changes were extremely prominent in the sandy loam.
