摘 要:以干燥的枇杷叶药渣为材料,用7倍量90%乙醇80℃回流提取2次,每次1 h。回收溶剂后的提取物,用自制的“YCXY-1号”除杂剂除杂,生产高纯度的乌索酸。结果表明:枇杷叶药渣中含有大量三萜酸类化合物,且乌索酸含量最高。用枇杷叶药渣生产乌索酸,工艺简单,成本较低,为枇杷叶的二次开发利用提供了科学依据。The chemical composition from dregs of a decoction of Eriobotryajaponica leaf was studied and the high-tech content ursolic acid from dregs of a decoction of Eriobotryajaponica was prepared after poach can produce anti-inflanamation and relieve a cough drug:pipa sirupus.The dry dregs of a decoction of Eriobotrya japonica leaf were extracted with 7 times of volume of alcohol at 80 ℃ for 1 h and two times, and then the extracts were purified with the specific impurity remover "YCXY-1" to yield ursolic acid with high purity.A mass of triterpene acids were consisted in dregs of a decoction of Eriobotrya japonica leaf, and the content of ursolic acid was high. The production technology of u rsolic acid was predigested from dregs of a decoction of Eriobotrya japonica leaf, the process was simple and the cost of production was enormously low. This research supplied scientific gist for second exploitation and utilization of Eriobotrya japonica leaf.
