5种家蚕不同龄期酯酶同工酶的比较研究

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法分析家蚕不同发育阶段的酯酶同工酶谱。结果发现:5种家蚕的同工酶谱差异明显,并具有各自的特征谱带;苏.镇×春.光与陕蚕5号亲缘关系较近,可聚为一个类群;871×872与873×874亲缘关系最近,可以聚成一个类群。The PAGE was used to study the EST isoenzyme of 5 species of Bombyx mori Linnaeus in different developmental stages. The results showed that differences of zymograms between these species were significant and all the species could be unequivocally distinguished from each other. The differences of zymograms within genera were bigger than these between genera. Based on the comparison, the cluster＇ s picture of esterase isozyme showed a close relationship between the Shancan No. 1 and Suzhe × Chunguang and the Shancan No. 1 could be classified in the same family. The 871 × 872 and the 873 × 874 were in the closest group.
