摘 要:采用PEG-6000引发处理8个样品草坪草种子(高羊茅4个:美洲虎3号(1)、美洲虎3号(2)、全体和爱瑞3号;多年生黑麦草1个:爱神特;早熟禾1个:公园;狗牙根2个:1个种子已脱壳,1个未脱壳,研究PEG引发对不同草坪草种子萌发及活力的影响。结果表明,适宜的PEG引发处理可以显著提高草坪草种子的发芽率和活力,不同样品PEG处理的适宜浓度和时间不同:美洲虎3号(1)和(2)为20%,72 h;全体和爱瑞3号为15%,72 h;爱神特为25%,48 h;狗牙根未脱壳和已脱壳种子分别为20%,48 h和15%,24 h。Eight turfgrass samples were selected as materials ferent treatments on germination energy and vigor of turfgrass to study the effect of PEG-6000 priming with difseeds. Nine treatments and two controls were established with these eight samples, including four Festuca arcudinacca (Jaguar 3 Ⅰ, Jaguar 3 Ⅱ, Total and Arid 3 ) , one Prennial ryegrass (Accent), one Poa annua (Park) and two Cyndon dactylon (one was covered shell, the other was removed shell). The results showed that germination percentage and vigor of the majority turfgrass samples were obviously improved by suitable PEG priming. Different turfgrass samples had PEG priming concentration and time respectively. Jaguar 3 Ⅰ and Ⅱ were 20% and 72 h, Total and Arid 3 were 15% and 72 h, Accent was 25% and 48 h, the Cyndon dactylon was 20% and 48 h and the other which was removed shell was 15% and 24 h.
