摘 要:YC捕收剂及其各馏程对辉钼矿的可选性试验研究表明,相同工艺条件下,不同矿石的选钼效果相差较大。高品位的花岗斑岩及安山玢岩选别效果好,低贫矿石的选别效果最差;选矿回收率随着烃油馏程的增加而提高。YC捕收剂对辉钼矿的适应性较强。本试验为选厂药剂的选择提供了方向、为合理配矿提供了借鉴。The results of the experiment research on the effect of YC collector and various distillation temperatures on the separation of molybdenite from different ores indicate that there can be a great difference in the molybdenite separation effect for different ores under the same technological conditions. Good separation effect was achieved in treating high grade granite porphyry and andesite while the poorest separation effect occurred when treating the lean ores, with the recovery increasing with the increase in the distillation temperature of hydrocarbon oils. YC collector had a strong adaptability for molybdenite of different ores. This research has pointed out the orientation of the reagent selection for the concentrator and can be reference to the rational ore blending.
