试论新疆兵团建设屯垦戍边新型团场的内涵和现实意义

摘　　要：“经济发展、生活富裕、场风文明、环境良好、管理民主”,是新疆兵团建设屯垦戍边新型团场的内涵。经济发展是建设新型团场的物质基础,生活富裕是建设新型团场的目标,场风文明是建设新型团场的宗旨,环境良好是建设新型团场的成果,管理民主是建设新型团场的手段。建设屯垦戍边新型团场是兵团履行屯垦戍边特殊使命的客观需要,也是新疆兵团在西北地区率先实现小康社会目标的美好图景。＂Developing economy, wealthy life, civilizing field, harmonious environment, democratic management＂ is the connotation for Xinjiang army corps constructing station troops to open up the wasteland to defend the border in the form of the new group fields. The developing economy is to construct its material base, the wealthy life is to construct its goal, the civilizing field is to its^objective, the harmonious environment is to its achievement, the democratic management is to its method. In this way, not only will the station troops fulfill the special mission, but it also will realize the goal for constructing comprehensive well-off society and being the pioneer in northwestern areas.
