摘 要:早期开发的油田多采用“单井单变压器单异步电动机”供电模式,造成油田电网的设备负荷率和系统功率因数过低,电网耗能较大。提出一种新的油井供电方案,即“单变压器群井群永磁同步电动机”供电方案,并对这一方案的功率损耗进行了计算分析和比较。在新供电方案下,油田电网的设备负荷率、系统功率因数、供电效率都得到很大提高。Early exploited oilfields mostly adopt the power supply mode of single well & single transformer & single asynchronous motor, which causes that the load rate of equipments in oilfield network is low, the power factor of oilfield network is lower and the energy loss of oilfield network is bigger. In this article, the power loss of existing power supply mode in Henan oilfield is calculated and analyzed, and then a new power supply scheme of oil well is put forward, that is the power supply scheme of group wells & single transformer & group PMSM, and the power loss of this scheme is also calculated and analyzed. The results show that under the new power supply scheme, load rate of equipments, power factor of supply system and supply efficiency of system all have been greatly improved.
