宁夏利用外商直接投资(FDI)的现状与对策

摘　　要：改革开放以来,FD I已成为支撑我国经济发展的重要力量之一。然而,与我国区域经济发展状况相类似,FD I的空间分布亦明显呈“东高西低”的基本格局。宁夏属于“西部中的西部”,经济发展落后,投资软硬件环境欠佳。近年来,虽然宁夏利用FD I的水平逐年提高,但与西部其他省区相比,差距依然很大。本文全面“盘点”宁夏利用FD I的现状,分析存在的主要问题,探索制约宁夏利用FD I的主要因素,并在此基础上为促进FD I西进宁夏提出相应对策。The FDI is not ＇alike the general invest, wlfich is called the creative package invest, and is of great importance for the all -round and healthy development of the regional economy. Since the reform and opening, the economic development of China has made considerable headway, which attracts large quantities of FDI. The FDI has been a principle driving force for the development of our country. However, the regional distribution of FDI run under a basic pattern as ＂ high east and low west＂, which is the same as the regional economic development situation of our country. Located in the northwest China, Ningxia is considered as the less developed province in the backward area. Although there is more and more FDI flow into Ningxia currently, the level gap of attracting FDI from other provinces is still very obvious. This thesis analyses the present situation of Ningxia in utilizing FDI, makes a through inquiry on the related restrictive factors and also puts forward some useful countermeasures.
