摘　　要：现代宪政以宪法为设计蓝图,通过控制权力和保障权利来实现政治的民主化、实践政治文明。我国的政党制度———中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是中国政治民主化的实现方式,在宪政框架下发展、完善这一政党制度对于我国宪政的实现具有重要意义。Modem constitufionalism realizes the democracy and civilization of politics by authority control and guarantee taking constitution as design blueprint. China＇s party system, co-operation of multi-party and consultation system leaded by the CPC, turns out to be the means of realizing china＇ s political democracy. It is of remarkable significance for its realization to develop such the party system in a framework of constitutional politics.
