摘　　要：在全国首开先河的宁夏“少生快富”扶贫工程,为西部贫困地区根据自己的区情选择社会主义新农村建没的道路开辟了一条全新途径,在解决本地区具有特质的人口安全问题的同时,对新农村建设产生了广泛的影响,值得整个西部贫困地区借鉴。Ningxia＇ s poverty reduction project on ＇ bearing little and getting rich quickly＇, being the first time in china, exploits a new way for the choice of construction of new socialist countryside according to practical condition of western poverty areas. With the solution of specific population safety problems in such areas, it makes extensive influence on new rural construction. Therefore, it is worthy of reference in whole western poverty areas.
