摘  要:在分析哈萨克斯坦北布扎齐油田稠油油藏地质特性的基础上,根据套管侧钻水平井完井工艺的特殊性和复杂性,确定了以防砂割缝筛管为主的完井管柱结构。为降低整个完井管柱的刚性,同时有效降低完井管柱下入摩阻,根据完井方案设计研制了套管密封活络接头等专用的完井工具及相关附件,并制定了配套的工艺技术措施。北布扎齐油田NB30井和NB31井2口侧钻水平井采用以防砂割缝筛管为主的完井管柱结构并采取配套工艺措施完井后获得了良好的生产效果,这表明该完井工艺技术适合该油田侧钻中短半径水平井,也为该油田的老井改造、提高单井产能创造了有利条件,并为今后该类油藏侧钻水平井的完井提供了一定的借鉴。Well completion string assembly that consists of sand-control slot screen has been selected accounting for features and complexity of well completion operation for casing sidetrack well and geological characteristics of heavy oil reservoir at North Buzachi, Kazakhstan. In order to decrease rigidity of well completion string and reduce effectively its running friction, special well completion tools such as flexible subs and associated accessories have been developed according to well completion proposal. In addition, the reasonable well completion technique has also been settled. The applications of the matching completion techniques and tools in casing sidetracking wells NB30 and NB31 have proved to be scientific and successful, also good production has been gained in these two wells, which provides the reference for developing the similar reservoir by drilling sidetracking well.
