摘　　要：为解决深井尾管固井的技术难题和提高深井固井质量,深井尾管固井时可采用旋转尾管固井工艺。分析了旋转尾管固井工艺提高顶替效率的原理,介绍了尾管悬挂器的工作原理和旋转尾管固井的优点,提出了旋转尾管固井所需条件和注意事项。以YK8井为例介绍了旋转尾管固井工艺在深井中的应用情况,该井的固井实践表明,采用旋转尾管固井工艺既能解决尾管固井环空间隙小的技术难题,又能提高深井尾管固井质量。In order to conquer technical problems arising from cementing liners in deep wells and thus improve deep-well cementing effectiveness, the rotating-liner cementing technique can be employed in such case. This paper analyzes the principle improving mud displacement efficiency by rotating liner, presents the mechanism of liner hangers and advantages of this cementing technique, and proposes the required conditions and precautions for this technique. Its application in YK8 Well is introduced. The cementing practice indicates that employing this cementing technique cart not only tackle technical problems resuhed from slim annulus of liners but also improve cementing quality in deep wells.
