摘 要:介绍了低密度膨胀型堵漏技术的堵漏机理、技术特点及在塔深1井中的应用情况。低密度膨胀型堵漏技术利用堵漏剂在漏失通道中先堆积、架桥、连接、填充加固,快速形成封堵率高、填充加固能力强的封堵带,从而达到承压堵漏的目的。该堵漏浆具有高塑性,低动切,密度范围宽,膨胀率高,封堵加固能力强,酸化率高(达到75.0%以上),凝固时间、凝固强度可调的特点。塔深1井6 130-6 633 m井段和6 130-6 317 m井段采用该技术进行承压堵漏将地层承压能力提高到7.4 MPa以上,下套管固井及完井作业期间未发生漏失。在塔深1井的应用表明,谊堵漏技术具有独特的润滑流动性能及很强的封堵承压能力,在大型堵漏施工过程中,易于配制、调整,不需要特殊设备,施工工艺先进成熟,安全系数高,承压堵漏效果显著,为超深井奥陶系承压堵漏提供了新的技术支撑。This paper introduces the expandable low-density plugging technique with respect to plugging mechanism, technical features, and the application in Tashen 1 Well. Through accumulation, bridging, link and plugging, the plugging agent can form a shutoff area with high plugging ratio and strong packing ability. This material performs high plastic viscosity, low yield point, extensive density range, high expansion ratio, strong packing ability, high acidizing ratio more than 75 percent, controlled thickening time and cured strength, etc. The plugging material has been employed successfully to block intervals of 6130~6633.06 m and 6130~6317 m in Tashen 1 Well. The bearing ability of the formation is increased to more than 7.4 MPa. There is no circulating loss during subsequent cementing and well completion job. The application indicates that this technique behaves unique lubrication and enough plugging capability. No special equipment is needed during large scale blocking operations and it is easy to prepare and maintain. In addition, it performs high safety factor and remarkable plugging effectiveness under pressure. Therefore, this technique provides a new option for circulating loss material in formation of Ordovician system in ultra-deep wells.
