统茧缫丝时次茧对生丝质量的影响

摘　　要：统茧缫丝中不同种类的次茧对生丝各种品质指标影响程度不同。文章具体分析了影响生丝丝色、清洁洁净及产生脆弱丝的次茧种类和成因，指出正确掌握不同次茧对生丝各项品质指标的影响程度，对不同庄口采用不同的针对性选茧工艺，才能在不影响等级要求的前提下合理使用次茧，提高经济效益。Various defective cocoons in unsorted cocoon silk reeling will influence in varying degrees on raw silk quality indices. By detsiled analysing the variety of defective cocoons and factors affecting raw silk shade, cleanness and heatness, as well as factors causing tender raw silk, this paper pionts out that it is necessary to employ different cocoon-sorting processes for different lots of cocoons according to the influence of various defective cocoons on raw silk quality indices, so as to properly use defective cocoons without impairing quality grade.As a result, a better economic efficiency is obtained.
