摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省首推的岩金矿成矿区,即嘉荫凹陷周边的大、中、小型岩金矿床的成矿地质环境、控矿规律进行浅析,提出早、中元古代变质岩系(兴东群、黑龙江群)、深大断烈(F9)、早白垩世中酸性火山岩喷发带等为综合因素控矿的认识。并以这种认识规律在嘉荫凹陷周边进行岩金找矿预测,明确了岩金矿找矿方向。On the analysis of the metallogenic geological environment and the metallogenic rule of large -, medium -, small -scale rock gold deposits around the Jiayin Depression that is the primary rock gold metallogenic region in Heilongjiang Province, The text brings out a cognition that in this region the ore - controlling factors includes the Proterozoic metamorphic rocks （ Xindong Croup, Heilongjiang Croup）, the deep fault （F9）, the Cretaceous intermediate -acid volcanic rocks, and so on. With the cognition, we do some predictions on the rock gold deposits around the Jiayin Depression, and determine the ore - orosoecting direction of rock gold deposits.
