得宝松混合液治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察得宝松混合液治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法207例瘢痕疙瘩的患者,随机分成治疗组、对照组,治疗组用得宝松联用5-氟尿嘧啶及利多卡因配成混合液,局部注射于瘢痕组织内,对照组给予得宝松瘢痕内注射治疗。结果治疗组有效率80.77%,对照组有效率64.07%,两组疗效比较,有效率有显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论得宝松混合液比单剂应用得宝松效果明显,即可提高疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of diprospan mixed liquor in the treatment of keloids. Methods 207 patients finally diagnosed with keloids randomly divided into two groups： the keloids in the treated group were injected partly with diprospan mixed liquor, which was prepared by the mixing of diprospan,5-Fluorouracil and lidocaine; the keloids in the controlled group were injected partly with diprospan. Results the effective power of the treated group in the treatment of keloids was 80.07%, while which in the controlled group was 64.07%. there was a statistic significance between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Compared with treated with diprospan singly, the diprospan mixed liquor got a significant therapeutic effect in keloids.
