摘 要:借助ANSYS软件显式动力模块建立了游动芯棒拔制三维有限元模型,动态模拟了游动芯棒拔制的整个过程,根据得到的应力分布规律分析了生产中产生横裂问题的机理。并将拔制力分为四个阶段:起始、初步接触、完全接触、稳定。由于合理配模锥角是游动芯棒是否能稳定在变形区的最显著因素,就此对配模锥角进行了优化,所得结果可为游动芯棒配模锥角选择提供可靠的依据。3D finite element model of steel tube and internal - external die is created to simulate the whole process of the floating plug drawing dynamically based on explicit dynamic module of ANSYS. According to regularities of stress distribution, the mechanisms of the problem, which often cause tensile failure etc in production, are analyzed. Based on the rules of drawing force, drawing process is divided into four stages: start, first contact, entire contact, stable. Thus optimal design of matching die angle is done because proper matching die angle is the main factor of the floating plug in the deform area stably. The results provide reference for selecting proper matching die angle.
