高密度抗污染隔离液在川中磨溪气田的应用

摘　　要：磨溪气田是四川油气田增储上产的重要后备产能建设基地,钻探目的为开发磨溪构造嘉二段气藏的天然气资源。自2003年开发嘉二段气藏以来,固井完井质量一直存在很大问题,2004年底至2005年中试油的18口井中,有13口井出现了环空气窜。针对磨溪气田出现的完井质量问题,分析了磨溪构造特点和固井难点以及完井后出现环空气窜、井口漏气的原因。分析认为,采用隔离液技术是解决磨溪气田一直以来的环空气窜等固井质量问题的措施之一。因而进行了新型高密度抗污染隔离液体系的研发,研制的隔离液悬浮稳定性好、流变性可调、抗污染能力强,密度范围宽达1.20~2.40g/cm3。隔离液现场试验4口井共8井次表明,隔离液不仅隔离效果良好,而且对井壁界面虚滤饼、胶凝稠化钻井液具有磨蚀、刮削和有效携带作用,固井质量评价合格,各层套管外均无环空气窜,井口试压正常,经酸化压裂改造和生产测试,单井日产气量最高达36×104m3。Moxi gasfield is an important backup production base for gas reserve and production improvement in southwest oilfield. The drilling objective is to develop natural gas resources from Jia-2 reservoir in Moxi structure. Since the development of Jia-2 gas reservoir started in 2003, the cementing is always a challenge. Of the 18 wells tested between 2004 and 2005, 13 wells have annular gas channeling. Through analysis of the structural characteristics of Moxi gasfield, the cementing bottlenecks, and the causes of annular gas channeling and gas leakage at the wellhead, it is recognized that the spacer fluid is one of the measures to solve the annular gas channeling problem in cementing. A new kind of high-density contamination-resisting spacer fluid system is thus developed, which has a high suspension stability, adjustable rheology, and high contamination resistance, the density ranges between 1.20 ~2.40g/cm^3. Its application in 8 cementing jobs in 4 wells proves this spacer fluid not only has a high isolation capability, but also can erode, scrape, and carry the weak filtrate cakes on the borehole wall and the gelled thick drilling fluid. The cementing quality on those wells has passed the certification, no annular gas channeling outside each casing string, the wellhead pressure test proves no problem, and the daily gas production of one well is up to 36×10~4m^3 after acid fracturing and production test.
