摘　　要：介绍了由E—Ⅱ型旋风分离器和高效气体过滤器合成的HGSD组合式气—固分离装置,将其用于城市天然气系统门站的净化,净化效率高、耐受性好、纳污量大、适应性强,完全克服了滤筒式过滤器纳污量少、耐受性差、易损坏且需频繁检修等缺点,彻底解决了天然气系统门站中的净化问题。HSGD组合式气—固分离装置已在西安等十几个城市天然气门站中应用,效果明显并为用户逐渐接受,成为了一种脱除天然气中微小固体杂质的高效气—固分离装置。The HGSD combination gas-solid separator which combines E-Ⅱcyclone separator and effective gas filter was introduced. It is widely used in purification system of gate stations of civil gas station system. Compared to cartridge filter, it is superior in purification performance, duration, dust-contain capacity and adaptability. Moreover, it offsets the deficit of cartridge filter, which is easily damaged and needs frequent repairs. The HGSD combination gas-liquid separator has been widely applied in gate stations of dozens of cities, including Xi'an. It has been gradually accepted by users because of its good performance in dedusting the particulate matter of natural gas.
