摘　　要：美国的《政府绩效和结果法》(GPRA)是美国政府绩效管理改革的里程碑,10多年来对世界各国的绩效管理影响深远。本文通过对GPRA的内容及其特点的深入分析,结合当前中国政府绩效改革中存在的诸多问题,总结了GPRA对中国政府绩效改革的几点启示。The Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 （GPRA） is a most important act of the United States government performance management, which deeply affected the United States public administrative and that of the world since it was born. Through analyzing the content and features of GPRA, and the actual state of China government performance management, we get some valuable information for China government performance innovation.
