摘　　要：为提高国家队管理效率,2002—2004年间,在广泛需求调查和系统研究分析的基础上,组织开发研制了包括:中国体育代表团参赛报名、国家队训练计划与经费分配、运动队奖励分配等项工作的信息化应用管理软件,并被总局有关职能部门及20个运动项目管理中心等单位所广泛运用,提高了相关管理工作效率,取得了较好的社会效益,对推进国家体育总局国家队信息化管理工作发挥了一定的促进作用。To improve National Team＇s management efficiency, based on the extensive needs survey, systematic research and analysis from 2001 to 2004, the authors developed four information application management softwares： Entry Application of Chinese Sports Delegation, Athletes Training Program, the Allocation of the National Team Activities Fund, the Allocation of Sports Teams＇ Award, which are widely used by the relevant functional departments of administration and 20 sports management centers, and other units, they have improved the efficiency of the relevant management, achieved better social benefits and played a role in promoting and stimulating the athletes＇ information management by administration.
