摘  要:根据制件的形状和生产要求,对RF-300C系列微电机端盖板的结构及工艺性进行了分析,介绍了一副轴承室深度和内径可调的端盖板高速连续级进模的排样设计和模具结构,分析了它的结构设计特点以及主要零部件的设计和制造;叙述了压凸包、整形、打麻点、落料复位等模具结构在高速连续级进模中的设计方法。实践证明该模具结构可靠,运行状态稳定,制件质量符合技术要求。According to the shape of the part and its production ties of Carry to cover the plank of Series the Micro-Motor of die structure of a high-speed progressive dies for requirement, the structure and processing proper- RF-300C are analyzed ,The design of layout and Carry to cover the plank of the depth and inside diameter of the bearings room is adjustable are introduced,The structural design characteristics of its is analysised and the design and manufacture of the main accessories and parts are introduced;The design method of swaging, sizing,stamping, blanking resetting in high-speed progressive dies has been narrated. The practice provest that the die structure is reliable and its running state is steady,The product quality meets the technique request.
