摘　　要：建立保护、建设和合理利用草原的长效机制,必须依靠法制,既要有完善的草原法律法规,还需要执法的监督检查和违法行为的查处,这便是草原执法的任务。《中国草原执法概论》是我国第一本从理论上对草原执法进行剖析指导的著作。To establish a long- lasting mechanism in protection, construction and reasonable utilization of grassland, we must depend upon and practice the rule by law,not perfect grassal and rules and regulations but have the supervision and inspection over the enforcement, as well as the investigation and handling with law breakers. This is the very task of the grassland affairs enforcement. An Introduction to the Enforcement on China＇s Grassland Affairs is the first monograph which analyses and directs the grassland affairs enforcement from the theoretical angle.
