摘　　要：介绍一种用于废水厌氧生物鉴定试验新装置。用该装置为研究手段，以ＣＴＭＰ废水为研究对象，易生物降解挥发性有机酸（ＶＯＡ）为基质，探讨ＮａＨＣＯ３缓冲剂用量。A new experimental set up for the anaerobic bioassays of waste water is described.It was used as a means of research for assessing the effects of amounts of NaHCO 3 buffer and inoculum added,as well as the type of inoculum being stored,on the pH value changing range of incubation liquor and the overall assay results.With easily biodegradable volatile organic acid(VOA)as a substrate,the CTMP waste water was chosen as an object in the study.
