足球“黑哨”的社会学分析

摘　　要：竞技体育商业化发展,体育体制和体育法制建设的不完善,以及部分裁判员道德素质低下是“黑哨”产生的主要原因;要想从根本上改变这一现象,必须加强对裁判员的思想道德教育和对裁判员的有效监督和科学管理,健全体育管理体制和运行机制,加快和完善体育立法,严厉惩处“黑哨”行为。This text uses the documents and logic analysis, study the problem of ＂Dark Whistle＂ of soccer. The results show： The main and fundamental reasons which produce ＂Dark Whistle＂ are the development of mercantile sports, sports system and sports legal construction are not complete, and some referees have low ethical quality; If you want to change this phenomenon fundamentally , must strengthen moral education and effective supervision and scientific management to the referee , perfect the sports management system and operating mechanism, accelerate and improve sports legislate, deepen the understanding , punish ＂ Dark Whistle＂ sternly.
