摘　　要：根据喷粉冶金工艺的要求,研制了一种新型喷粉罐;并通过应用实例进一步说明新型喷粉罐具有结构合理,输送粉料均匀、稳定、不堵塞,粉气调节比可达1 0倍以上,以及投资省等特点,且现场应用效果显著。For hot metal pretreatment, a new type of pulverized coal injection equipment with reasonable structure and low cost was developed according to requirements of metallurgical proceses for powder injection. Ratio of pulverized coal to gas can reach up to 10 times with transportation of homogeneous, stable, non-blocking gas-particle flow. The significant economic benefits have been obtained in actual application of the technology.
