摘  要:目的:研究环糊精对香草醛的包合性能。方法:采用紫外分光光度法研究香草醛/环糊精包合作用;研磨法制备包合物;差示热分析和1H-NMR验证包合物;紫外分光光度法考察包合物的溶解度;影响因素实验和加速实验验证包合物的稳定性。结果:香草醛与环糊精可形成1:1的稳定包合物,包合常数为1 063-13 793 L·mol-1,37℃下包合物使香草醛的溶解度增加14.43倍,包合物稳定性大大增强。结论:环糊精能明显增加香草醛溶解度、增强其稳定性,该技术对香草醛制剂的改进具有应用价值。Objective:To study the inclusion complex of vanillin and cyclodextrin. Methods:The inclusion complex of vanillin and β-cyclodextrin was prepared by levigation, characterized by ultraviolet spectroscopy and validated by DTA, XRD and ^1H-NMR. The stability of the inclusion complex was tested in the acceleration test setting. Results:The inclusion complex had a molar ratio of vanillin to cyclodextrin of 1:1 and the inclusion constant of 1 063 - 13 793 L·mol^-1.. The inclusion complex made at 37℃ increased the solubility of vanillin by 14.43 times and showed improved stability. Conclusion:The improvement of the solubility and stability of vanillin by β-cyclodextrin may enhance medical values of vanillin preparation.
