荆花胃康胶丸治疗十二指肠球溃疡的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察荆花胃康胶丸对十二指肠球溃疡的临床疗效及对幽门螺杆菌的作用。方法:经胃镜检查确诊为十二指肠球溃疡A1或A2期并符合寒热错杂兼气滞血瘀证诊断者103例,随机分为三组,A组(n=34):荆花胃康胶丸160 mg,tid,1-28 d;B组(n=34):西咪替丁800 mg,qn,1-28 d,克拉霉素250 mg,甲硝唑400 mg,bid, 1-7 d;C组(n=35):荆花胃康胶丸160 mg,tid,西咪替丁800 mg,qn,1-28 d．克拉霉素250 mg,甲硝唑400 mg,bid, 1-7 d。治疗4周后复查胃镜,治疗结束4周后行C13-尿素呼气试验(C13-UBT)测定幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率。结果:A,B,C三组Hp根除率分别号38.2％,64．7％,88．6％(P<0．05);溃疡愈合率分别为64．7％,44．1％,74．3％,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:荆花胃康胶丸单独应用,有一定的抗Hp作用,与西咪替丁三联疗法联合应用可提高其Hp的根除率,对消化性溃疡具有愈合作用。Objective：To assess the efficacy of Jinghuaweikang capsules in the treatment of duodenal ulcer due to Helicobacterpylori. Methods： 103 patients with A1 or A2 stage of duodenal ulcer diagnosed by gastroscope and with chills and fever in mixed gas stagnant blood extravasated were randomly assigned to one of the three treatment groups： group A-Jinghuaweikang 160 mg, three times a day for 28 days; group B-cimetidine 800 mg, one time per night, for 28 days and clarithromycin 250 mg plus metronidazole 400 mg, twice a day administering at the first week; and group C-Jinghuaweikang 160 mg, three times a day ＋ cimetidine 800 mg, one time per night for 28 days, clarithromycin 250 mg ＋ metronidazole 400 mg, twice a day administering at the first week. The patients were reexamined by gastroscope and Carbon ^13- urea breath test （C^13-UBT） in the 4 weeks post-therapy. Results： The patients in group A, B and C experienced an eradication rate of Helicobacterplori of 38.2% , 64. 7% and 88.6% , respectively （P 〈0.05） , and a healing rate of 64.7% , 44. 1% and 74.3% , respectively （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Adjunctive therapy of Jinhuaweikang capsules with other medicines offered better therapeutic outcomes in the eradication of Helicobacter plori.
