摘　　要：介绍改进的卵巢颗粒细胞免疫电镜包埋前染色方法的设计和实施。利用卵巢颗粒细胞采用包埋前SABC免疫染色方法,对免疫电镜细胞化学标记方法进行改进。电镜下显示,反应阳性部位产生黑色的电子致密沉淀物。A design of the improved method for the immuno-electron microscopy to the immuno-labelled of the pre-embedding in granulose cells and its practice were presented by immuno-labelled pre-embedding for granulose cell in an ovary. The region of the positive reaction shows the sediment of black in the granulose cell.
