摘 要:探讨了固相反应法制备类钙钛矿层状化合物KNb3O8的工艺。对该方法的合成温度、时间等工艺条件进行了详尽的研究。使用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电境(SEM)等测试手段对样品进行了表征,并用所制得的样品对酸性红G进行了光催化降解实验。结果表明,在900℃煅烧2 h可以合成纯度较高的KNb3O8,且其具有较好的催化性能。Solid-state reaction method was approached for preparing layered perovskite KNb3O8. The optimal synthetic temperature and time were investigated. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) were used to characterize the structure of the photocatalyst, and its photocatalytic property was evaluated by using photo-degradation of acid red G, The KNb3O8 crystal was observed to be the layered structure of perovskite. The results showed that KNb3O8 powder had higher purity with solid-state method when it was calcined at 900℃ for 2 h, Also it had high photccatalystic activity to pho todegrade acid red G under UV irradiation.
