摘  要:珠江三角洲青龙岗石灰石矿段表层为组成复杂的冲淤砂、石粘土,储量为2 000多万t。为有效利用这一粘土资源,剥离层采用“分质分采、分级分堆、搭配使用”方法,使粘土利用率达到83%。工程采用“总体控制采样”和“具体工作面抽样采样”以指导剥离粘土的开采和堆放。同时对堆场粘土进行定期抽样分析。精密度校核试验表明,该分采、分堆及其质量控制方案较好地满足了工程要求。The surface layer of Qinglonggang limestone mine at Pearl River ddta made up of alluvium stone and sand clay with complex composition. The storage capacity was more than 20 million tons. In order to the effective utilization of this clay resources, a method called "selective mining and storage according to quality, matching the slices for the use" was used towards the stripping layers, which could so far achieve a clay use factor of 83 %. In order to guide the stripping of the clay mining and piles them up, "overall sampling" and "specific working surface sampling" were used in the project. Meanwhile the regular sampling analysis towards the clay in stacking fields was done. The precision examination experiment indicated that, this selective mining, separate storage and the quality control plan satisfied the project requirement well.
