摘  要:采用田间用蚜量比值法划分了抗感性不同的15个小麦品系,用紫外分光光度计测定了各品种(系)旗叶中过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、几丁质酶的活性.结果表明,苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶、几丁质酶活性与春小麦蚜量比值显著相关,其相关系数分别为r=-0.842 0、r=-0.798 0、r=-0.795 5.抗蚜的春小麦品系在蚜虫取食后苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶、几丁质酶活性急剧上升,感蚜春小麦虽然酶活性有上升,但较为缓慢;而过氧化氢酶活性与春小麦蚜量比值相关性不显著,其相关系数为r=-0.219 6,在抗感性春小麦中无明显的差异.The methods of aphid number ratio were applied to evaluate the resistance to aphide of spring wheat,and catalase, peroxide, phenylalanine and ammonia-lyase and chitinase activity in flag leaves of every cultivars and stocks were detected by ultraviolet speclrophotometry. The results indicate that highly significant correlation was shown between aphid number ratio of aphide and peroxide, phenylalanine and ammonia-lyase,and chitinase activity(r=-O. 8420,r=-0. 7980,r=-0. 795 5),Phenylalanine ammonialyase, chitinase, and peroxide activity rose suddenly in resistant wheat cultivars after aphid invaded, howew er the enzyme activity of susceptible species had more slowly risen. Catalase activity were not significantly correlated to aphid number ratio of aphide(r=- 0. 219 6) ,and had no significant difference in the resistantsusceptible wheat.
