摘  要:采用实时成像系统,对复杂结构钛合金激光焊件进行了检测,得到了含有微小缺陷的激光焊件射线图像。为了确定复杂结构激光焊件焊缝中气孔缺陷的位置和分布,对气孔缺陷的分布特征进行了研究,推导出气孔缺陷埋藏深度的计算公式,设计了峰值异常缺陷和斜凹型异常缺陷投影距离自动提取算法,确定了缺陷在钛合金激光焊件中的分布特征,并通过模拟试件的破坏性试验对该公式进行了验证。验证结果表明:测量值与计算值基本一致。Laser welding seams in titanium alloys with complex structure were detected by using real time imaging system in this paper,and the images of ray detection which contain tiny flaws were obtained. In order to effectively determine the position and distribution of porosities in laser welding sampes with complex structure,a preliminary research was proceeded on the distribtion features of porosities and a formula which can calculate the bur- ied depth of porosities was deduced based on the line profile distribution curve of the flaw position. Automated extraction algorithms of projection distance for peak anomaly and slant concave anomaly were designed individually,then the distribution features of flaw in laser welding parts of titanium alloy were determined,finally the formula was confirmed through the destructive testing of simulation samples, the verification results show that the calculated results accord with the measured results very well.
