摘　　要：分析了移动流媒体在移动终端播放格式差异性问题,给出了一种流媒体格式提取算法,探讨了基于这种算法的移动流媒体综合平台搭建,用XML语言给出了用户和服务器之间交互的方法。This paper firstly analyses the reasons of the different audio and video formats in mobile streaming terminals, then puts forward an algorithm for picking up some formats, discusses how to build the integrated platform of mobile streaming media, and introduces an method for interaction between the user and the server with XML language.
