摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会需要和平的国际环境。国际环境虽然总体上有利于我国构建和谐社会,但也对我国的经济、科技、政治构成严峻挑战。因此,必须加快经济、科技、文化建设和党的建设,争取有利于我国发展的和平环境,才能推进社会主义和谐社会的构建。To construct socialism harmonious society needs a peaceful international environment. Although the overall international condition is advantageous to the construction of harmonious society, it challenges Chinese economy, technology and politics. Therefore, we must speed up the economic, technical, the cultural development and the party＇s construction, strive peaceful development environment so as to advance the construction of harmonious socialism society.
