摘　　要：采用三乙醇胺碱性脱活,研制出了碱性PEG-20M高效毛细管色谱柱。该柱对邻甲基苯胺、间甲基苯胺、对甲基苯胺同分异构体显示了很好的色谱分析性能。在选用的色谱条件下,难分离物质对邻、对甲基苯胺的分离度达4。具有分离效果好分析速度快的特点。A highly efficient alkaline capillary column （PEG-20M） was prepared by alkaline deactivation with triethanolamine. The column had excellent performance in GC analysis of toluidine isomers. The resolution was 4 for the separation of the most difficult isomers such as o-toluidine and p-toluidine. The method has the advantage of good separation and high speed.
