摘 要:在微波辐射条件下,利用双氧水与尿素反应合成过氧化尿素,考察了过氧化氢与尿素的摩尔比,微波辐射时间,微波功率,稳定剂品种对产品性能的影响,得出最佳的反应条件为:过氧化氢与尿素的摩尔比为1.3∶1,反应时间为150 s,微波功率为324 W,磷酸二氢钠作稳定剂,稳定剂的用量为1.0 g,此时产品过氧化尿素的收率可达85%以上,产品中过氧化氢含量在33%以上。Urea peroxide was rapidly synthesized from hydrogen peroxide and urea under microwave irradiation. The influences of mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea, microwave power, reaction time and stabilizer on product quality were investigated. The best reaction conditions are as follows : mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea, 1.3 : 1 ; time of microwave irradiation, 150 s; sodium biphosphate as stable agent; dose of sodium biphosphate, 1.0 g; and power of microwave irradiation, 324 W. The yields of urea peroxide is more than 85 %, and the content of hydrogen peroxide in the product is more than 33 %.
