摘 要:以自制的纳米氧化铁为催化剂,用叔丁基氯和苯酚为原料合成了对叔丁基苯酚。探讨了催化剂烘培温度、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明:350°C下焙烧3 h的纳米氧化铁对苯酚的叔丁基化反应具有很高的催化活性。在催化剂加入量为2g、n(叔丁基氯)∶n(苯酚)=1∶1.2、反应温度50°C、反应时间2 h的条件下,生成对叔丁基苯酚的收率可达76.3%。p-Tert-butylphenol was synthesized from tert-butyl chloride and phenol on the self-made catalyst of nano-ferric oxide. The influence factors of the reaction, such as calcination temperature of the catalyst, catalyst loading, reaction temperature, reaction time and the ratio of raw materials, were investigated. The experimental results showed that the nano-ferric oxide calcined for 3 h at 350℃ has high catalytic activity for the reaction of phenol with tert-butyl chloride. The yield of p-tert-butylphenol reaches 76.3% under the following conditions: reaction temperature, 50℃; reaction time, 2 h; weight of catalyst, 2 g; molar ratio of (tert-butyl chloride) : (phenol) = 1 : 1.2.
