摘 要:为了降低压裂改造过程中压裂液对油藏和支撑裂缝的伤害,开发研制了VES—SL粘弹性表面活性剂压裂液,并利用RCV6300毛细管流变仪等试验仪器,对该压裂液的性能进行了研究。室内评价结果表明,VES—SL粘弹性表面活性剂压裂液在100℃和170s^-1的条件下,经过1h的剪切,其粘度在130mPa·s以上;在120℃和170s^-1的条件下,经过1h的剪切,其粘度达50mPa·s以上;随剪切时间的延长,该压裂液粘度变化很小;随温度的降低,该压裂液粘度具有很好的恢复性。试验结果表明,该压裂液粘度高且成本低,对地层的伤害要比HPG压裂液低50%左右。现场试验证实,VES—SL粘弹性表面活性剂压裂液的摩阻相当于清水摩阻的25%-30%,比HPG压裂液的摩阻低1MPa/1000m,2口压裂井共增产原油5600t。使用该压裂液进行压裂施工,可以有效地降低压裂液对油藏和支撑裂缝的伤害,同时提高油井的增产效果。VES-SL fracturing system belongs to viscoelastic surfactant is developed in order to reduce the damage of the fracturing fluid to the oil reservoirs and propping fractures during fracturing. The performance of the fracturing fluid is studied using RCV6300 capillary rheometer at the same time. Laboratory e-valuation results show that the viscosity of VES-SL fracturing fluid is above 130mPa · s after 1 hour shearing at 100℃ and 170s-1 ;and the value is above 50mPa · s after one hour shearing at 120℃ and 170s-1. The viscosity of the fracturing fluid has little change along with much shearing time, and it can be recovered along with the temperature drop. This VES-SL fracturing fluid has a more 50% lower damage than HPG fracturing fluid and more 60% lower damage than flow conductivity of thepropping fractures. The field test proved that friction of this VES-SL fracturing fluid is equal to 25%-30% value of the fresh water, and lower 1MPa/100m than that of HPG fracturing fluid. Total incremental oil production of two fracturing wells is 5600t. When this fracturing fluid is applied in fracturing, it can reduce the damage to the oil reservoirs and propping fractures and make the stimulation of the oil wells after fracturing.
