老年男性雄激素部分缺乏综合征患者唾液睾酮分泌模式、抑郁严重程度、病理性认知模式研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年男性雄激素部分缺乏综合征(partialandrogendeficiencyintheagingmale,PADAM)患者唾液睾酮分泌模式及其与抑郁严重程度、病理认知模式的关系。方法采取放射免疫检验法测验唾液睾酮浓度,以《抑郁自评量表》(SDS)和《功能失调性态度问卷》(DAS)评估患者的抑郁严重程度和病理认知模式。结果(1)两组研究对象不同时间唾液平均睾酮浓度间差别均有显著性意义(P<0·05);(2)PADAM患者唾液平均睾酮浓度与抑郁严重程度不存在显著性相关(P>0·05);(3)PADAM患者唾液平均睾酮浓度与DAS总分和完美化因子分存在显著性相关(P<0·05),其他项目均不存在显著性相关(P>0·05)。结论PADAM患者可能存在睾酮分泌模式的改变,这种改变与抑郁严重程度不存在显著性相关,与DAS分存在某种关联,其原因尚不清楚。Objective To elucidate the association between salivary testosterone secretion mode, seriousness of depression, and pathological cognition mode in patients with partial androgen deficiency in the aging male （PADAM）, Methods The concentration of salivary testosterone was measured by using radi y, and the seriousness of depression and pathological cognition mode were evaluated by self- rating depression scale （SDS） and dysfunctional attitudes scale （DAS）. Results （ 1 ） There were significant differences of mean concentration of salivary testosterone in different times in patients between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05） ; （2） There was no significant correlation between mean salivary testosterone level and seriousness of depression in patients with PADAM; （3） There was significant correlation between mean salivary testosterone level and total score and perfect factor score of DAS in patients with PADAM （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while no significant correlation was found in other items. Conclusion There might exist different testosterone secretion modes in patients with PADAM, This variation is not correlative to the seriousness of depression, but it is associate with DAS score. The causative factors need to be elucidated in the future,
