摘　　要：从经济学的角度来看,和谐社会就是人与自然和谐、人际关系尤其是利益关系协调的社会。构建和谐社会必须大力发展生产力,积极推进利益制度创新,妥善处理人与自然、城乡、地区、所有制、劳资、公平分配等关系。From the economics point of view, the harmonious society is a society with the characteristics of harmonious not only between the human being and the nature, but also between the man and man（especially harmonious in the interests relashionship）. For establishing the harmonious society, we must devote major efferts to develope the productive forces, vigorously promote the innovation of the interests system, and appropriately handle the important questions about the relationships, such as： man and nature, urban and rural, diferent areas, public ownership and nonpublic ownership, labour and capital, and the distribution among varying social levels.
