摘　　要：目的探讨医院病案供应工作中存在的问题,提出改进措施。方法利用我院2004年～2005年病案资料使用情况进行对比分析。结果病案供应存在诸多问题,其使用率逐年增加,由2004年的8.66%增加到2005年的9.88%。结论病案只有被充分利用时才能产生其社会效应,把封闭式病案管理改为开放式的病案管理是病案管理工作的一个新的内容,及时准确提供完整的病案信息资料是病案管理人员的重要任务。Objective To investigate the existed problems in the provision of medical records （MRs） and to solve them. Method The utilization of the data in the medical record was analyzed. Result There are many problems in the MRs＇ provision, which are increasing year by year, from 8.66% in 2004 to 9.88% in 2005. Conclusion As long as the MRs were made for the best use, they would bring great social effect. Changing the type of medical record management from the closed to the opened is one of the new jobs about the MRs＇ management, and providing the information of the medical record exactly in time is the important task of the medical record administrator.
